Power To The People? (Springtime for Hitler - The Producers)

Today friend of mine asked, "What's the diference between power and authority?"
So I replied, "Power is what people misuse when you give them too much authority."

I'll never forget being in the middle of a demonstration once with people shouting POWER TO THE PEOPLE! to which a passerby commented to his friend,"I don't want power to the people! That's too much power!"

On a lighter note, here's a cheeky little number which i'd love to learn to play on the ukulele about a man who was given too much power once
